Cancellation Policy
Floramer Skin Studio operates on a strict 24 hour cancellation policy.
Clients who reschedule or cancel appointments outside of a 24-hour window will NOT be charged for any treatments. Clients who reschedule or cancel inside a 24-hour window will be charged 50% of the treatment fee. Clients who do not show up to their appointment will be charged the 50% of the treatment fee. Clients who arrive more than 15 minutes late to their appointment will be charged the full treatment fee and receive a shortened service.
Covid-19 Policy
Due to Covid-19 we do not have a waiting room. Please arrive exactly at your appointment time and you’ll be let into the studio.

Cold Sores
We cannot treat any client with an active cold sore. Please reschedule your appointment before the 24 hours of your appointment time. If you arrive with an active cold sore lesion we will have to late cancel you and charge you for your full treatment.
